Shark Rig 12/0

Description

Introducing DS Custom Tackle's first shark rig built exclusively for land based shark fishing. This rig consisting of 12/0 circle hook, 150lb monofilament, 175lb crane swivels, #13 shark wire (rated to 195 pounds) and stainless steel thimbles, to help protect the mono loops, has been thoroughly tested on our testing rig to complete failure as follows:
The 150 monofilament with thimbles and triple crimps failed at 188lbs.
The #13 wire with dual haywire twists failed just shy of 210 pounds.
The 12/0 hook did not open up significantly at the wire's failure limit.
We are very confident in this rigs ability to land the big fish.
